ShipLedger is being prepared for a client-facing pilot focused on invoice-driven workflows first, with packing lists, AWBs, and bills of lading to be validated carefully before broader rollout.
documents per month per registered email
Early access is intended for limited testing with approved client or partner users while document coverage is still being validated.
Paid customers can move to annual billing with a 15% discount after onboarding.
The current pilot is centered on invoice workflows, with additional trade-document coverage being validated progressively.
Structured output arrives quickly enough to support review, export, and rebranding in the same working session.
The extraction flow is designed around in-memory processing and clearer disclosure for sensitive commercial documents.
Your own Excel formats, branded profile, and invoice style can be reused instead of rebuilding final documents manually.
ShipLedger is meant for highly sensitive trade documents that may include customer names, supplier identities, banking details, pricing, and shipment references. The extraction flow in this product is designed around non-persistent handling during processing, but the content is still transmitted for analysis to an external AI processor. Saved templates and saved company profiles are a separate category and may be retained when users choose to store them. This should be presented plainly to every pilot user.
The commercial structure is already defined, even though the current phase is still a controlled pilot. Public self-serve access should only expand once broader document testing is complete.
